Powers, tech, and ablities
depending on what you are you will have access to different things.
Tech
Tech is used mostly by non mana users, however some mana users prefer use some normal tech as well. anything from cybernetic armor to automatic weapons. tech is mostly item based, requiring a weapon or a item, to be either held or built into the user.
Rules
1. Tech powers require some sort of item or implant to use, if you do not have these things or lose them doing battle, you lose the ablities linked to them.
2. that said you can not carry a million weapons into battle, you can store weapons at your home or in your ship. you must go to one of these locations to switch out your gear.
3. most tech uses some sort of ammo or energy source. you will be able carry more ammo for weapons like machine guns, and wont be able to carry a lot of ammo for weapons like rocket launchers. so you cannot shoot your weapons forever. even weapons that use some sort of energy source can run out.
Mana
Mana is used by espers, to order to use there special abilities and powers. the only known beings able to use mana to its fullest are espers. there body slow produces mana, and with training they are able to bend it to there will. able to form and shape attacks and ablities with there mana. mana powers are created by a trained esper. being maybe to create anything from fireballs to storms of lightning. mana has three neutral states, soild, liquid and engery. all three can by used by espers in there attacks., however in these forms it is pure mana. mana being produced by a esper is in energy form, without converting it can only be used with energy moves. espers can convert the energy into its normal solid crystal form, or liquid form. mana can take one other form, called its elemental form. with a little bit of training a esper can learn to transform mana into fire, almost any form is possible with training.it is much harder to form elements that are physical like earth or steel, it is much easyer just to control a nearby source.mana energy can also be charged with traits from almost anything, giving it different traits, engery charged with fire will burn, engery charged with ice will freeze. mana engery charged with a mosy physical element like earth will act more like a kentic force and hit more like a soild object. while espers produce energy almost endlessly, however most espers produce it slowly, using abilities will drain it to quickly for it to be much help. to regain mana during battle quickly, many espers use mana batteries, however recharging mana to much will cause mana fatigue causing mana based powers to lower in effectivness and cost more mana then normal.
