Building and colonization

while many choose to be fighters, some choose to be builders instead.  those that wish to start there own colony, base, or even there ever own faction will need to know a few things before doing so.  first off they will need a spot of land, and they can gain this a few different ways,  the most simple way is to buy it. different sizes will cost different amounts.  being able to buy a small house size plot to a whole planet. these prices aren't always the same for everyone, and change based on different factors.  the next way to get the land is to get it from whoever owned it, maybe by doing something for them or giving them something they want. or you could take it by force, however this will often require more then just yourself.

after you get the land, you will need workers,  and for small places, you could possibly do it yourself however it would be a lot faster to have at least a small team of workers. workers can be bought in the npc section, however you maybe able to get them other places, you may ask other players to help you as well.
